Go up to Kiosk in the Menu and the last option is Transfer Credits. It is also an option in the yellow submenu on your main My Account Page.

It will take 3 PBS credits to get 2 DVD credits.

Please note that you cannot transfer your first two credits.

But the transfer page is wonderful with these big clear arrows. It is really clear how to do it.
