I have a question about SwapaCD and could not get the Discussion Forums to come up there.
Anyway, my lovely postal clerk told me today that CD's are not eligible for first class envelope rates because they are not bendable. She says they have to go the parcel rate. Has anyone run into this problem? She claims she just talked to the "person who made the policy for USPS" and they told her this. It goes against everything SwapaCD says and I am just wondering (and steamed.....grrrrrr).
Thanks for any help.

While it can go first class, there are two different tiers. One for envelopes (bendable) and one for parcels (rigid, can not be bent). They would need to done as first class parcel.
