How do you swap credits between both this and your swapacd account? I've herad you can do it...can someone enlighten me?

Log into SwapaCD

Click on the "My Account" tab.

There is a gold bar just below all the tabs - on the far right handside of that gold bar is a "transfer credits" link. Press it, and follow the directions on the page.
