I requested a posted book, my credit was decucted, and I received an email stating that my request had been processed,....BUT...on the request page it said, "Sorry, this book is not in the system". What does that mean? Will I receive the book or not?

It says it is not in the system on your request? Or when you go to the book details page? Because it could be that you just ordered the only copy and that is reserved for you so not it is not available in the system.
