1 pound - ground beef (or chicken)
1 can (10 oz) - campbells tomato soup
1/2 cup - salsa
1/2 cup - water
6 - flour tortillas
1 cup - cheese
*optional 1/2 cup - sour cream
1. Cook beef in 10-inch skillet until well browned (stir continuously).
2. Pour off fat & return meat to skillet.
3. Stir in soup, salsa, water and tortillas (optional to add sour cream now also) & heat to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 min, continually stirring.
5. Top with cheese.
