Again, I am having trouble getting tags to work (think it was about a month ago when I last had this problem).  Just finished a book and went to give it a star rating, post it, and add tags.  The function lets me type in the tags I want to use, but when I click on "save" it just leaves the tag line under the book blank. No blue line going across the url space to show me it's even trying to save anything.

Later this afternoon I discovered the tags I had tried to add earlier are now there.  So PBS must have had a delayed response in the tag function.
