Tags aren't presently searchable, unfortunately, so there isn't a way to limit browsing someone's bookshelf to those with a specific tag.

You could use your browser's search feature (usually Ctrl-F) to search for a specific string of letters on that page, which might help?

Bertie -not sure if this is what you're looking for or not, but try it and see.

Go to MY LISTS - then MY TAGS - It will show your tags - next to that it will show how many times that tag has been used and underneath that it will show the number of members who are using that tag.  If you click on # of Members it will bring up the members who are using that particular tag, including yourself.  If you click on the member name it will bring up their PROFILE and you can then look at their bookshelf, wishlist, etc.  Pat

Christa - you're welcome.  I go into my tags from time to time and delete those I'm no longer using.  Pat

Pat.

Thanks for the great tip.  What I would like to be able to do is for example click on your book shelf. Then be able to see if you have any books that I have tagged.  Is there anyway to do that???

Bertie - the only way I know to do that is to click on someone's name (example - bertie0228).   This would bring up their profile.  Then click on their booklist.  As you scroll down the booklist, it will show any books that you've tagged that are also on their list.  The tag will be in a box at the bottom of the information on a book.  If you're looking for someone in particular that might be the way to do it, but it would be easier to use your tags if you were looking for books.  Most of my tags, for example, are specific to me, so trying to use tags to find books might not be the best way to do it., i.e., I'm the only one using that particular tag.  Good luck.  Pat

Pat,

I am using my tags, but want to be able to find my tags without looking at someone's whole shelf.  Thought maybe there was a way to click on something, like you can click on search and check just the romance books they have.

No, no way to do that kind of a search.  Your tags will show up on the bookshelf itself, though, with a red X. (You'd have to click on the title to see other people's tags.)  If you set the menu to view 100 books at a time, you can scroll through most shelves pretty fast.
