This book was just okay for me. I liked the characters, and the story itself. I just didn't care for the unnecessary rambling of art talk from the author. I'll give the second book in this series a chance though.

As an artist and a teacher, I liked the 'art talk' that another reviewer complained about; I think it added to the story. I liked the plot & the characters, but I wish she had 'fleshed-out' the characters a little more. They seemed to jump into bed at the slightest provocation, & I didn't really understand the motivation for it. (And no, I'm not frigid; I'm just another horny old broad). I have read the second book in the series, & these characters continue their journey, much to my delight.
