Gary Smalley is one of my favorite christian authors. I received this book today and had it read in less than two hours. Its an extremely easy read, but the advice provided can last a lifetime. The best thing I liked about this particular Smalley book was that he and his wife wrote this together and it was great to see both their insights in print. My favorite chapter is finding treaure in trials--something not easy to do, but when its done it can give a person a new insight in the way of looking at things.
