Some thought-provoking ideas on health (including diet, breathing, and massage, with a large section on sex), though many will sit uncomfortably in "Western" minds... such as the author's insistence that multiple sexual parters are not only beneficial to marriage but essential to good health. Men may be disheartened to know that he recommends they ejaculate no more than twice per month (and less often as they grow older). He also prescibes regular five-gallon enemas and defecating in a squatting position by balancing yourself on the toilet seat. I'm glad I picked this one up at the library book sale for less than a buck, and won't really miss it!
