I truely enjoyed this read. There is not much difference in how one feels when they are homesick for a place they called home, no matter where in the world they are from. This read was fun, informative, and a strong emotional read. There are some wonderful recipes that i want to try and the author is so correct...food does bring back some of our deepest set memories. Cuba has never been high on my list to visit, but i think now after reading this i might enjoy it with new understanding. This was a read i learned alot from. Can't wait to try the recipes.
