I confess this is the only one of this author's books I don't rate highly.  After A Passion for the GAme and A Passion for Him, this was sorta lukewarm.  I was expecting so much more from the Simon character.  He was so appealing in APFTG.  The spy story was not interesting and distracting and not as steamy as usual.

Anybody else feel this way? I love Sylvia, but this was not her best .  It had so much potential =(

She's on my 'new author to try ' list. I"m not sure I have anything by her yet. Is she more historical or contemporary ..both? Gosh I hope I'm not breaking my 'try not to b uy anything else new' rule...

Yeah I thought Simon was a bit of a letdown when we finally got to his story, wasn't bad, just that letdown and maybe our anticipation played into what we thought.

Passion for the Game is my favorite of hers and then Passion for Him.   I think, like many authors, she's hit or miss.  I liked  her Bad Boy's anthology, Stranger She Married and Ask for it were just okay too.  Wasn't nuts over the first dream guardian book, haven't got to the second yet, but I still want to see how her new SJ Day books are and I  have liked a few other short anthology stories.

I have Ask for It and A Passion for Him both sitting on the shelf above my bed and I still haven't touched them:P  I keep thinking I'll wait for APFTG, but I can't swear I'd be rushing to read it if I had it already.
