I would love that feature on the TBR pile too. I sort it by WL when I'm low on credits.  I like to go for the ones with just 1 wisher first but it's time consuming to click on each book.  It doesn't seem to put them order, just group them all at the top.

That is a really great idea!  You should post it here.

Yes, please do post it to the other thread, because PBS does not normally read the forums. So, they are unlikely to see your suggestion in this thread.

Wait, can't we already sort the RL by availability? And then reverse the list?

Yes, you can, but if you examine what happens closely, you will see that all the books that are not available are kind of listed randomly. Every time I look at my RL, it shows extreme differences at the point where books are not available. (You would think it would start with lowest number of wishers after that, but nope .. .it appears to be unordered to me). You can tell because if you have it sorted by availability ... the unavailable books will be in a different order every time you look at the list. (and I mean, completely different order in 30 minutes, not slightly different after 3 days). (You may have to make sure you don't have the view cached in your browser in order to see it display completely differently each time).

The only ones that list properly are the ones that are actually available.

Even simpler than showing the number of wishers while hovering would be if the "number of copies available" value showed the number of wishers as a negative value.

I would love this! My wish list is maxed out at 300. Everytime a slot opens it takes forever for me to go through the books on my reminder list to pick one to move over to my wish list.

As a TG who answers a lot of Live Help questions, I can tell you this could cause a lot of confusion between some members.

But I think hovering to get the number of wishers is a great idea. The OP should definitely send in feedback with that idea.

I use the add a "note" feature to my books so that I only need to hover over my note to read it.  Although I don't keep a  WL count . Usually I add - Put on WL- and when it is on the WL I delete the "put" and leave "on WL"
