This book is written by Gloria Bley Miller who adjusted Chinese recipes for Westerners. If you don't have a Chinese grocery nearby, the author suggests substitutes that are vailable in any supermarket. 925 pages, many cutest drawings.

i jumped at the chance to have this cookbook and then realized that I had pilfered my mom's copy last summer as she wasn't using it!!!
