This is not the first Kellerman book for, me, but I have a lot to go to get through the Alex Delaware series.

The main "Grabber" for me in this book was the fact that Alex actually Broke Up with Robin! This edition introduces the reader/listener to the object of a "new" relationship - Allison.

This particular audio revolves around the shocking murder of a man and woman in a car and their subsequent positioning to taunt the police. During the investigation, the dead girl's therapist is killed, and as Alex and Milo investigate they find another patient of the therapist who was killed - Hmmmmmm could there be a connection? Despite the buildup of suspence in this audio, I found myself a little disappointed in the ending. It seemed a little "Anti-Climactic" to me, but then, maybe that's just me. Regardless of the ending, the plot line of the story and the dialog make this book a worthwhile listen, especially for the introduction of "the new girlfriend" Allison.

Take heed of a warning - Once you start reading or listening to a Kellerman book, you will be driven to read/listen to all of his offerings!
