Although I had a hard time getting into this book, it turned out to be a fantastic read! Ann Tatlock does a wonderful job of taking us back and forth between past and present and weaving the stories of many characters all into one large novel!

This was my first book by Ann Tatlock ... she writes in a style that makes you feel as if the characters are people you know. I truly enjoyed this book and I look forward to reading more by this author.
