but would just like to double check. The book is in very good overall condition - but has a 2 inch fold/bent corner on the back cover. I didn't see anything in the guidelines about bent corners. Does this book meet the guidelines?

I'd post it.

A crease on the cover of a paperback is postable.

I'd post it but I'd also let the requester know once it was accepted to send.  I'd be a bit PO'd at a crease like that in my book.

It might be legally postable but it is slightly damaged and I think it should be mentioned.

Keep in mind that it you ask the requestor if it's okay, you're opening up a can of worms if they don't respond to you saying whether or not it's okay before the mail by date. IMO, it's better to just decide whether something is postable or not and go with it. Books sent through PBS aren't expected to be perfect and creases are acceptable.

Yes, it is postable and I would not PM first about it. If the receiver would be bothered by things like that on their book, they need to mention it in a RC.

Yea this is a used book site so they don't have to be perfect.  I would post it and i would accept it too!  :)

Totally postable, and don't worry about sending a PM first. If someone doesn't like a little crease on the cover of a used book, they need an RC.
