Great book that helps with the psycological aspects of losing weight. It gives advice on counseling methods, meditation, journaling and everything else. While not all the advice in here is for everyone, I think that everyone will find specific advice that will be helpful to them.

With all the great excercises in here this book is a definate keeper.

The simplistic title Think Thin Be Thin doesn't really encompass the ideas laid out in this encouraging book. Rather than designing a diet and exercise plan that promises results, authors Doris Wild Helmering and Dianne Hales focus instead on the psychology behind eating, and offer 101 short suggestions for getting healthy that can accompany any plan out there.

Meh. This is a bit cumbersome to read (to me) and the ideas, tips do not retain as well as other similar books I've read. I prefer "Thin Tastes Better" by Stephen Gullo, MD.
