This is a fun book by Cross about love reunited, and the funny things that families do to teach lessons.
I found this book difficult to get through. It's story was not that exciting and it could have been shortened and been just as good, if not better.
What a fun read! I don't give too many 5 stars, but I really got a kick out of this book and couldn't put it down! Even made me laugh out loud... It's starts really weird...I actually frowned, and closed it and looked at it and wondered what in the heck I was reading. Unexpected twist. Sure didn't start like any kind of romance! It's not too steamy, but if you have a good imagination, it's got plenty to work with. Very quirky and different. I recommend it! And kudos for the quality horticulture! I truly appreciate authors who do their research! And Yipee! for the eco plugs!
I enjoyed the story. This is the first book by this author that I have read. A different pace for me but had a good time reading the story.
Philippa Coxwell always gets the math wrong. After two maddening experiences with Nick Sullivan, she has to decide if the third time's the charm - or if she's finally old enough to know better.
The first time he kept disappearing on me.
The second time he was looking for a place to hide.
The third time I was just harboring a fugitive for old times sake. Will the third time be the charm?
Very funny and romantic. Loved it!
The first time I met him he changed my life...
How did I get over my crush on Nick? Cold turkey. Okay, I had no choice. He kept disappearing on me. So what did he have to offer anyway? Mystery? Adventure? A sexy grin and killer sense of humor? I haven't given him a second thought...
The second time he stole my heart...
Is the third time the charm?
