My husband brought home a bunch of paint chips tonight. We have:

Mauvelous

Faces in the Clouds

Infinity Pool

Favorite Socks

Beige Pinafore

Sense of TIme

Mr. Bluebird

American Know-How

How about Impetuous Sea as a romance title?

and also for the romance lovers:

Sweet Please

Lone Wolf

Saxon Blue

And my very favorite: Youthful Nobleman

Tigger's Tummy makes me giggle--is that a yellow?

And Willa, what kind of color is "Youthful Nobleman"?  That sounds absolutely ridiculous!  (And I thought clothing catalogs were silly with the clothing colors described as things like "loden" and "stone" and whatnot...  Whatever happened to "green" or "tan"?  ;)

And what about Sweet Please? I'd have thought pink but if your hubby brought them, it's probably a sort of white. Am I right? :)

Sense of Time is a smokey, blue-ish grey,  Sweet Please is... slightly pinkish taupe? Youtful Nobleman a dark teal blue. I have to think of somewhere in the house we can use that!

Jo Beverley fans will be pleased to know we chose a color: "Skylark."

And I nearly made my husband have hysterics by asking him whether he preferred trim to be light or dark. :-\

One time i found a paint color  the same as my name: Tanya, and it was an offwhite/antique white color.

And someone gets paid big bucks to come up with those names too.  Just like the people that name lipstick colors and nailpolish colors.  where do I get a job like that?

Oh, I have some nail polish called "Streetwear" that is awesome. I have "Groovy," which is a really sparkly one and "Schmutz," an awful brown. (Schmutz is the yiddish word for filth you get on your face or hands or whatever - wipe that schmutz off your face!)

Just glad the paint colors aren't called ' Tighty Whitey white' or 'Booger Green' --- that is a color one of my boys 'hand painted' our wall, blech.
