Has anyone read any books by Sharon Dunn? I saw her books on Amazon and was tempted to try one of the Bargain Hunters Mysteries. Just wanted to see what anybody else thought. Thanks!

I enjoyed her books. The Bargain Hunters series is a good mystery series though I'm sad that the 3rd book was never published.

Oh, thanks for posting that! I hate reading books where you never find out what happens. Sara Mills had a series like that and the third book was never published. Talk about a stinker. So I will probably not purchase it. Thanks!

I've read both of the Bargain Hunters books and all 3 of the Sassy Cinderella books and loved all of  them.

The Bargain Hunters books are all stand-alone so the third one isn't really "required" to finish the series. They are typical "cozy" mysteries - each one works just fine by itself.

I second what Roselady says Charity.  You don't have to read the 3rd one.  Each one finishes up on its own and doesn't leave you hanging.

Does anyone know why Death at a discount by Sharon Dunn is so difficult to find? Is that the 3rd one you speak of? It has been on my WL since 1/27/08 to no avail! I've looked at Amazon and ABE, but I'm not able to purchase them at their prices. I jusy keep hoping a copy will wend its way to me in the future! Am I too optimistic?    Blessings    M'ann

I was wondering if she died or something.  I had her latest book on my wishlist for ages and it never even came up as being published so I took it off to free up my wishlist.

It would be nice if the 3rd book would be published, either in book or e-book format. Here Comes the Ride by Lorena McCourtney
(Andi McConnell #2) wasn't published when it was supposed to be in 1998, but came out recently for Kindle @ $2.99. Maybe Death at a Discount could be published that way.

I wish it would:) I have had several books like that and it sure is irritating. I actually ordered Cow Crimes by Sharon and another one I got for my buddy wish list game:) Can't wait to get reading but don't want it to be left hanging.

The Sassy Cinderella series was great.  I have the 2 Bargain Hunters books but haven't read them yet.
