I was disappointed with this book. The subtitle ought to be "psychoanalysis from a Buddhist perspective," not "psychotherapy..." If you are expecting a book about integrating Buddhist ideas and practices with cognitive behavioral therapy (the kind of therapy most people get) you will be disappointed, too. But if you like Freud, this is for you.
