This book is truly amazing, and the movie does it no justice. It is the kind of book that leaves you shocked though you've been warned that there will be a surprising twist at the end. No matter how analytical you become you will still be utterly surprised. Then you will think back and say to yourself, "Wow, it was there all along!" Don't let anyone spoil it for you. Don't watch the movie beforehand.

Very engaging, well-written... parts of the resolution of this story were predictable, but there was one twist that shocked me. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

A great suspense novel. Reading the last 50 or so pages you will need to remind yourself to breath.

Intriguing story with some great twists -- but it got too preachy for me at the end.

This book was a disappointment to me. It was great reading all the way through and kept you turning pages, but I felt the ending was too much over the top for me. I was really let down because it just wasn't believable in the end. Left a few loose ends to things that were woven in as important elements to the story, as well. The reading was enjoyable, but the conclusion was not. I like to read the books before seeing the movies-this is a movie I will probably pass on now that I know the ending.
