I just love this book! I have had this book on my shelf for years. There are many simple and delicious recipes in here. These are real home style recipes, not gourmet or foo-foo recipes so your family will actually eat the stuff you make. This one is a keeper!

Book says: Count on a Casserole: For a family meal or a gala celebration; for an intimate twosome or two dozen; for a quick meal or an international adventure. There's a casserole for every occasion.
I say: An older cookbook, so its a mine of nice recipes not always available in newer cookbooks. Here's a sample of the recipes: Round Steak Louisiana; Savory Frank-Noodle Bake; Ham & Vegetable Mornay; Tuna With Rice For One; Curried Beef Bake; Casserole Chop Suey; Toad in the Hole; Greek Spinach Pie; Mexicali Bean Bake; Onion Hominy BakeCranberry Peach Cobbler; Citrus Crunch Dessert.
