Really tough!

I'd go for:

Diana Palmer

Lori Foster

Fiona Brand

Linda Lael Miller

Tori Carrington

I'm sure I'm forgetting someone though!  I tried to think of authors whose books I pick up no matter what.

It's hard to choose so I tried to think of books on my keeper shelf that I reach for to reread when nothing in my TBR pile interests me.

Nora Roberts

Julie Garwood

Lori Foster

Linda Howard

Jennifer Crusie

I'm assuming this was restricted to romance authors, since we're in the Love & Romance forum and all.

  • Judith McNaught (older stuff)
  • Elizabeth Lowell (older stuff)
  • Julie Garwood (older stuff)
  • Caroline Cross
  • Day LeClaire

This is really hard.

1. Linda Howard . . .because I can have so many excellent books that way

2. Nora Roberts aka J.D. Robb . . .same reason

3. Jayne Ann Krentz under all her names . . . same reason

4. Sharon/Tom Curtis aka Laura London, Robin James

5. Carla Kelly

6. Alison Fraser.  . . because I have to have at least one strictly series author

How to pick just 5.........

Julie Garwood (I just LOVE her books both present day and historical)

Lucy Monroe (She is new to me but I can not get enough of her heros)

JoAnn Ross (I can curl up with her books anythime)

Janet Evanovich (when I need a laugh and remeber that my life could get worse)

Sandra Hill (Vikings, Navy Seals, Treasure Humters, NEED I SAY MORE)

So many others that I can not put one down. Depends on if I want lots of action, lots of romance or lots of both !

Hey there, its so hard to choose just 5.

For my romance authors I'd have to choose:

  1. J.R. Ward (even though I was upset with her recent one, I'm still a fan)
  2. Sherrilyn Kenyon
  3. Eve Kenin/ Eve Silver
  4. Lara Adrian
  5. Kresley Cole
