I have a couple of Todd Wilbur's copy cat cookbooks. Some of the recipes, I would never use like how to make candy bars or McDonald's Big Macs but the recipes I do use are pretty darned close to the originals.
I liked it for what it was. Some of the recipes look really easy to make and others will be a lot of time involved. I enjoyed reading it though and learning a little bit more about each recipe.
