So I have three books that I  mailed out over the weekend with PBS postage.  When I go to the details page on all three to track the package, this is what it shows me:

  • 1/3/2002 11:39 AM - Enroute - PITTSBURGH,PA
  • 9/3/2008 9:00 AM - Electronic Shipping Info Received - WHEELING,WV

What???  Has anybody else had this happen?

Never has happened to me before. I'm thinking it must be some kind of glitch.. I mean the dates are way off.

LOL That is amusing. Nope, never seen that. But a book on it's way to me and a book I mailed out have both been missent. Stupid USPS.

Wow ... I love the time travel genre, but I didn't think the books could actually travel back in time themselves!  Cool! :-)

Eric Flint does write a series of books about a "hole" in time that occurs in ... West Virginia.  Perhaps your book fell into it?

Cheers,

Catt

I've seen other people post on there about crazy dates like that.  I rarely pay attention to the DC unless it's going to lost in the next couple days. Then I'll look.  I pretty much only use for swaps where it's required.
