thought i wonder how you would find the ISBN number

i thought audio books would be easier (besides braille books usually weigh more)

but postage is free though! (yes if you are mailing stuff to a blind

you dont have to pay postage!

you just write on the enevelope

free stuff for the blind and disable

There are additional requirements for using this ... the material that is mailed should be in Braille, etc, the recipient must be registered with the PO, etc.

What must be marked on mail to show that it is qualified for mailing free of postage?

In the upper right corner of the address side of the envelope or parcel where the postage would normally be placed, the words "FREE MATTER FOR THE BLIND OR HANDICAPPED" must be placed. The words may be printed, rubber stamped, or handwritten.

That's an excellent question, and an awesome answer!

What I wonder now is would it be acceptable for a sighted individual to order a braille book?

eta: Nevermind, I found my answer: Braille for the Sighted
