When does a transaction show up in my transaction archive? I accepted a WL offer this morning for a book. The offerer then sent me a PM telling me it doesn't have the dustcover. I have an RC stating the need for a dust cover on this book. Will it show up in my transaction archive once the offerer declines my RC? Or will it not show up at all?

It will show up after it has been canceled, received or lost.  Basically, when the transaction has been "completed".

If the person never accepts the request, to the best of my knowledge, it doesn't show up. If they accept the offer and then cancel later, it will show up. I don't have RCs so not sure if requests that re declined for RCs show up in the TA or not. I know they don't show up from the sender's end--for example, if I got a request from you, declined because of your RC, it does NOT show up in my transaction archive. Not sure if it shows up in yours, but I don't think so.

Cheryl is correct.  If he declines your RC, it will not show up.  If he accepts and then cancels, then it will show up.

Unless you have your username listed in the RC so he could see how to contact you before accepting, yes--he would have had to accept to get in touch with you. However, if he did that, then he will just have to cancel the order rather than decline for RCs. Once you accept an order with an RC, it can't be declined for that reason, it can only be cancelled. Which means he would lose his FIFO spot....or if it was a wishlisted book, when he posts it again, the order will go right back to you. Hopefully he will know to decline for RCs that time so the book can move on to the next person.
