So, I had a RWAP.  The sender is not willing to make good on it in any way I consider valid.

I see a "Was it resolved?" link in the transaction archive, but I am afraid to click on it in case that marks it resolved--which I don't want to do.

If I want to mark it "over but not satisfactorily" do I click on that and have an option, or do I just ignore it and it will eventually mark itself that way by means of my not marking it resolved?

The "Was it resolved?" link takes you to another menu of choices. So, go ahead and click on it. You can then mark it "Unresolved" or pick from the other choices.

Sorry you got a RWAP!

Sorry you had a RWAP.

There's a help doc which explains what each option means, entitled "Follow-up  on Problem Swaps."

You should choose "unresolved".  This will automatically send an email to the sender, asking them again to find a resolution to the problem, and put 2 black marks on the members account, so to speak.

I'm sorry you're having a hard time :(
