This book is a good reference foreword written by the founder of Omega Institue. It will tell you in depth where you can go for spiritul grouwth, self discovery and holistic healing and quite a few massages. At the end of the book it lists other organizations. It trys to be fair and give everyone a shot at having their information listed even if the author's criteria wasn't met. My idea of a transformative getaway may be different than yours. (Mine includes swimming, chocolate, shopping and lots of cuddling with my husband. Maybe a hammock and stars. lol)
