Is anyone else having trouble with DC? For example: I mailed a book with DC yesterday. I watched the girl at the post office scan the book! It still has not shown up on the quick credit map! I haven't recived my quick credit either. This isn't the first time this has happenned to me. Is it just me? I'm just a little worried.

I haven't had any problems lately, but I'll be mailing a book with DC later and we'll see what happens...

I haven't had a problem but overheard some people at the post office discussing this same thing.  Ever since the post office did their revamp, they've been having a problem with the DC.  Evidently, the software wasn't "right".  That was said by one of the postal employees. 

I know most of my stuff isn't showing up until it is received at the other end.  Meaning it doesn't show scanned at the starting point. Or, often, I'll take something to the post office on Thursday and it doesn't show being scanned in until Monday.  Which is very frustrating!

I'm glad I saw this thread.  I was starting to wonder about the DC thing.  I thought maybe my post office just wasn't bothering to scan the DCs because I mailed several books a couple days ago and haven't gotten any credits added here.  I'm wishing I hadn't bothered spending the money for the DCs now.  It's as worthless as USPS's package tracking system.  I wonder if they'll ever make it work. *shrugs*

Mine have never been scanned when accepted, but almost all are still being scanned (and quick credit given) enroute.  I mailed 11 books this past Tuesday (9/4) and as of today I have quick credits for 9 of them.  If they do stop scanning enroute, too, I will likely stop getting DC on PBS because I really like the quick credit feature.

Yeah, I mailed one 2 days ago and it still hasn't shown up in the system. I mailed it from my house so I probably won't see the credit until it's received...that's okay, though:)
