I ordered a book.  The sender sent me a PM describing some damage that the book has.  Did I still want the book?  After more clarification, i decided I don't want that book.   There are 70 other books available.  So I cancel the order.  You know what I'm going to say next!  I order the book again, and I check the "order more from member" to see if it's the same person.  It is!  

 

 What should I have done to be able to get past her book in the fifo line and on to the next book?  Should I have asked her to cancel the order?  Was the problem that I canceled the order?

Is the damage things that make it unpostable?  Sometimes people will pm with things that are postable.  You should not have the sender cancel if the book is postable. She will be at the back of 70 people. You could set up a temporary RC if this is the case

If it is unpostable. the sender should definitely cancel and not put it on her shelf at all. (Unless it was underlining/highlighting)

Does the damage make the book unpostable? Or were they just going above and beyond to describe flaws but a still postable book? If the former then  they need to cancel.   If the former, then you should cancel since you don't want a postable book so they don't have to wait all over again.
