I have been using PayPal postage for several months and it is so convenient.  However, yesterday, today and one day last week after entering the address, etc., the next screen says PP cannot connect with USPS.  Has anyone else experienced this?  I am just wondering what is going on.  It seems strange.

I have gotten that every once in a great while. It usually means the USPS server is busy; try again later.

Thanks, Mary!  Well, this makes it 3 days in a row that I cannot get a label.  Does that not seem strange?

I printed out a label this morning with no problem - didn't try yesterday, but the day before I did 5 labels..... maybe just the time of day or ???

Just now I was able to print 5 of 6 labels.  Now for 1 more!

It's an ongoing issue with PayPal and USPS.  They have no idea when it will strike, who it will impact, or how long it will last.  It could be minutes, days, or hours each time it happens.  The only thing to do is wait it out.  I've lost a bunch of money with it timing out on me mid-buy.  Really frustrating, but it's the only way for me to do PBS.

Andrea, you described it perfectly.  The really bad part is that when you click pay and continue you apparently are being charged even if you cannot print the label.  Supposedly you will get a credit within 24 hours but I am keeping a close eye on my credit card account.  This could get expensive.
