It took about a month for me to get through three quarters of the book, and I finally decided to give up. It wasn't horrible...I just don't think it was for me. I typically like memoirs, but I just didn't find there to be anything extraordinarily interesting about Molly's family. Also, due to the limited time I have for reading, I prefer light and quick reads. The author's writing style was very rich and I didn't find this the type of book I could just breeze through. She is a very good writer and paints a good picture of the narrative that she is telling.

This book was not my cup of tea. I found it to be extremely boring, in fact. Definitely gets an enthusiastic two thumbs down from me. I made it about 1/3 of the way through before I gave up. There's nothing in this book that really grabs you and makes you want to learn more about her life.
