I have what I would think is a very unusual book to offer, and I can't list it on my bookshelf. It is called 'Living In a Foreign Language (a memoir of food, wine and love in Italy)', by Michael Tucker (anybody remember 'L.A.Law'?) .The reason that it is unique is that it is an uncorrected proof, which means the book has (or had) not been published yet, therefore no ISBN since it was not for sale either. I'd like to put it out there for someone who wants it. Please PM me and we'll arrange a trade for credits. Thanks for looking.

Rules on PBS are that you cannot ask for credits for an ARC or Uncorrected Proof.....just a warning!

That is the main thing I do not like about this site. It shoud not matter what people trade credits for. It should be fine to get a credit for an uncorrected proof as long as the person knows that is what they are getting. Just my opinion.

Sorry, I should have checked the rules first. I just didn't know what to do with it, and I could use the credit. I'll try something else. Thanks for the heads-up.

You could offer it as a freebie with an order from your bookshelf.
