I believe that Carrion Comfort by Dan Simmons is a vampire book, and it's @800 pages, so that might be one for you.

The Madness Season by C S Friedman.  A SciFi book about vampires, with 495 pages.

Smoke ad Mirrors by Tanya Huff is 404 pages long :-p  It is a horror story with a vampire character.  It would help to read Smoke and Shadows first, though, but that is more paranormal than horror.  For that matter, it would help to read all six "Blood" books by Tanya Huff first...but Smoke and Mirrors is the only one to hit 400 pages.

I would reccomend Jonathan Maberry' s three book series:

  • Ghost Road Blues
  • Dead Man's Song
  • Bad Moon Rising

There is a little bit of 'everything' - (vampires  - zombies - werewolves) and IT IS A GREAT READ!

Each book is a least 450 pages.

 (editied because I can't type..........)
