Tucker Carlson is a horse's ass.  Always has been but here's the latest episode of it http://www.crooksandliars.com/2007/08/30/tucker-carlson-tough-guy/

And here's where some people are making their voices heard http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2007/08/30/gay-groups-call-on-tucker_n_62498.html#comments

Nothing like promoting violence against people you "think" are hitting on you.  So because he was hit on in a bathroom that gave him the right to leave come back with someone else and bash the guys head against the stall...hmm isnt' that premeditated?  Isn't that a hate crime?  Its not like he was hit on are instantly reacted (not that, that would have been okay either) but he actually stated he left got someone else and came back...geez he is stupid!

IMHO, Individuals who are comfortable with their sexuality, and their manhood, would respond to being flirted with in a different manner: "Thanking them and stating no interest."

Yes, I agree with Jesses that this could be a hate crime (if someone was.struck).even though it is unclear to me what the specifics of the interaction were in the restroom, including age of consent, disorderly conduct, etc.

Concluding, I guess I'm not the only one thinking Tucker has just not identified publicy (my gaydar must be wrong?).

Anyway, Rainey's second post above indicates a way to indicate your displeasure...

Thank you, Richard.  Carlson is inadequate and inappropriate as a voice on the national media for a whole host of reasons.  But this is a fine occasion to hold MSNBC to the guidelines for integrity that News Chief Zucker said they were making a commitment to when they held Imus accountable for engaging in racial stereotypes.
