I mailed a package on Friday using USPS's Click-N-Ship® for the first time ever. I printed the label but I didn't write down the DC #. I assumed I would be able to go back and look at the info I entered for that package. Maybe I'm not looking in the correct spot, but I'm finding only a Click-N-Ship® Transaction Number (2182781663040109448862011). Is this the DC #, too? I thought I'd also be able to go back and see the address I shipped the package to, but I'm not finding that either. When I enter that number (2182781663040109448862011) in Track & Confirm, I get this message: Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office. I don't know if this is the only message I will ever see using that number or if it's the message I'm seeing today because the package is somewhere along its route but hasn't been scanned yet. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? I'm also asking the same thing in the Member Thoughts forum since that board doesn't gets more traffic. Thanks. |

Thank you Diane! I use Click N Ship frequently and never knew how to check the status thru Click N Ship; I always print the full label and keep the Online Label Record portion which has the DC number. Much simpler to log in to Click N Ship than to keep track of where I put the printout. LOL

I always have it email me the receipt, then I can just search my emails to find the DC. |
