This book is motivational, inspirational and just plain awe-inspiring. This is definitely an iron-willed man who has an extraordinary capability. You will find motivation to reach into yourself whether you are an athlete or a couch potato. It is great for stirring up the motivation to succeed for yourself and for others who may benefit.

The first half of the book was quite interesting. By the second half of the book the authors love and admiration of himself was starting to wear a little thin. He has accomplished many things and that is certainly worthy of praise and he does not hesitate to heap it upon himself. Not a bad book, glad I read it but definitely not a favorite.
