I went to go print a label today and received the following error message. PBS has already taken my e-DC fee, but now I cannot print the label. I get this message from two different computers, although both are running Firefox 19.0. It says that the Team has been automatically notified, but I'm thinking that I should send them a PM as well. Anybody else seeing this today?

I would not worry too much - generally when that message comes up, you will be able to access that part of the site again shortly (within a couple of hours) and all is usually fine once you can get to the page again.  Especially if the Team is doing maintenance or something on that part of the site.

 

Wrapper labels are reprintable, and can be reprinted as many times as you want.  So there shouldn't be a problem once you have access to the pagte again, to reprint your wrapper.  Your e-DC should show up on the wrapper, as if there was no interruption.  If it doesn't show up, only then would I go to the Team by sending in Feedback.

My advice is just to wait a couple of hours, then log out and log back in again, then try to access the page.  It should be working again for you soon.

Unfortunately, even after logging out and then back in, I am still experiencing the same error message.

FWIW, I have reported it to the Team... Just thought I'd update this thread, as well, in case anyone else is having a transient printing issue.

UPDATE: Just this afternoon, I was able to print normally. I'm presuming that even though I hae yet to get an email from the Team, that the problem has been resolved. Good thing, as I have (at least) two more labels to print, and while the backup label works,it isn't as good as the normal one.
