Beverly, it is from the NIV (New International Version)  :)

Here it is in The Message version (sometimes I like The Message versions, other times I don't.  LOL)

I appreciate this thread.  I wish I could go to church on Sundays, but I have transportation problems (I'm a non-driver, and my husband works nights and sleeps days, which makes it pretty tough.)

Hi everyone!  I just wanted to stop in the "underground" church since I had to teach Sunday School to 2 and 3 year olds during real church today!  LOL 

Anyone know the book and verse to Be still and know that I am God..........He has been telling me this for a few weeks now!!

Our minister said this today - "If you say that every time you go to church they talk about money - you aren't going to church enough!"  lol

Great sermon and yes today it was on tithing.    But it's the new church year so it was timely.
