I thought this was another good Lori Foster Book.

Eli Connors hires mercenary Ray Vereker to rescue his younger brother held prisoner in Central America. Ray is fierce but emotionally damaged by a previous relationship so she's overly protective of herself. She is abrupt, brash and standoffish but that certainly doesn't keep Eli from falling for her. I liked Eli immediately and was glad of the way he stood up to Ray regardless of her attempts at shutting him down. Eli was relentless in his pursuit of her and no matter how she protested, she loved it. Lori Foster never disappoints.

Finally a kick butt chick!!! Great story -very funny.

I loved this book. I enjoy reading Lori Foster's books.
