I had this problem once and finally contacted the administrators of the site.  They marked it "resolved" for me right away.

Perhaps just letting that member know you will contact Admin without a resolution will work just as well. They may not know where on the site to mark it resolved; point it out for them, LOL.

Try something like,

I'm so glad this problem was resolved.  Please go into your transaction archive, which is on your My Account menu, and find the transaction there.  You'll find a button that says, "Was problem resolved?"  Click that, then click "Marked as problem swap in error."
(Only the requestor can do this.)  Or if you are unable to mark it resolved, or if I don't hear back from you in five days, I can contact the Admin Team and ask them to mark it resolved.  I hate to bother them about this, though.

I would ask her to select "This was marked a problem swap by mistake."

I like Patty's solution. It give the person a gentle nudge (and instructions just in case they don't know how to do it) without making an overt threat.

Why would someone object to getting a library book?  I love them.  They are usually excellent quality and have a  nice binding.

Some people are collectors. They don't want the library book with the library dust cover and all the stamps inside. I guess it's the same for people who don't want book club edition books. Book club edition books are smaller than the hardbacks sold in the bookstore.
