A great book, must-read for children.
My daughter loves this book. It's about a pug dog who is so ugly (according to the cat and fish) that he is unloveable. Even the other dogs don't want anything to do with Alfred. That's until a new dog moves in next door - and that changes Alfred's world.

His fib catches up with him and he finds out his unseen friend looks exactly like him. Great story line and lesson for young children.
