I have an Audio CD set that is supposed to have 13 discs but is missing dics 10.11,12 and 13. Can I put this on Book Baazar and ask for credits ? It is a beautiful BBC production of the Lord of The Rings.

You can try but I can't imagine anyone wanting it with 4 missing CD's.  That's 1/3 of the story missing. There might be someone out there who already has the set but has some damaged CD's, but that's pretty slim.

Ask yourself:  "Would I pay a credit to acquire a book where the last 100 pages were torn out?"

It can't hurt to ask.  If I am already familiiar with a book I may listen to part while I'm doing things.  Sometimes I switch between a book on cd and a print book. I would imagine someone would only be willing to pay one as opposed to 2 credits.

Yes you can ask for credits for unpostable books in the Bazaar as long as the damage is clearly explained. Whether you find a taker will be the question. It isn't likely you find one asking the full 2 credits you are missing almost the last 3rd of the book, but if someone has the book(s) to read, they might be willing to pay something to listen to part of it, then finish it the rest of the way in the book.

Larry, you might also try contacting the publisher, to see if you can purchase the missing CDs, if you want to complete the set.
