This book is fine until the final 50 pages where there is pink staining on the lower edges of the pages and they appear to have been water damaged in the same area.  This only covers the lower third of the pages.  The book is perfectly readable.

I am offering the book for a credit, or I will include it as a freebie with any order from my bookshelf.
