I have a couple of books that are unpostable for minor reasons, that are wishlisted.  I have posted them to the Unpostable Wishlist Book list, but was wondering if there is anyway to contact the people who have wishlisted a book with out posting?  One of the books is wishlisted by 2 people and I'd love to let them know I have the book they are looking for directly.  Anybody know?  I'd really like to pass them on.

Sadly, there isn't... I had a few recently that I'd have liked to see more directly about too ^.^()

The only other thing you can do to get the word out would be to post your own thread in the Book Bazaar stating all the facts including why it's unpostable. I highly recommend you put the title and author in the subject line in order to get the most visibility.

It would be nice if there were another way.  I never check the Book Bazaar (too many threads).  It would take too much time to look for anything.

The Book Bazaar is not nearly as busy as it used to be. I highly recommend it. Plus, if you are searching for something, you can use the "search this forum" or even the "search this topic" button at the bottom of the page. I frequently use the "search this topic" button to look for "CD" in the Wishlist Multiples thread in the Book Bazaar forum. I have also used the "search this forum" button to look for "CD" in the entire Book Bazaar. I only listen to audio books, so I'm always on the hunt. ;)

In the BB, you still have to look at all the threads.   Let's say you're looking for Death on the Nile - there are 26 threads that has that title.  So potentially, you're spending time looking at 26 bookshelves to see if you want any more of the books (if a shelf has more than one book, you'd naturally want to buy it from the person who has most of the books you want).  That's a lot of threads to look at.
