Today I just recieved three books that made may day so much better, the only problem is that one book has a water stain on it. Its only on a few pages, but nothing is smudged and the pages aren't wavy. I can still perfectly read every word on the page and thats my problem. On my RC I said I didn't want any kind of stains in the book and you think the second I saw the stain that I would mark it RAWP but again everything is readable so I don't really know what to do.

Mark it RWAP.  Even if you don't ask for a credit back, it is important to mark non-postable books.  That is the only way to help weed out problem senders.

Mark it, not only did it not meet your conditions, but it wasn't postable either. You may be able to use it, but you certainly can't repost it. As Ronda said, you don't need to ask for your credit back, and you can also mark the matter as resolved right away if you aren't asking for anything further from the sender. I find that this tends to soften the blow (knock on wood).

I agree, it's not postable so RWAP.

So sorry, I just finished all the chocolate...on your own there  :)
