..But when I logged into PBS, it's not under the Books Requested Tab and I even refreshed a few times.

Looked in the help docs for this, but couldn't find anything.

I guess I shouldn't worry about it and I'm thinking the requestor just canceled the transactionbefore I had a chance to log in and catch it, but I thought I would check with you guys to see.

that is most likely what happened.  If it isn't on your main page they probably changed their mind OR they were trying to order from a specific person and the system had a glitch

I got an email that a book was requested last week, but just a few hours later I got another one saying it was cancelled. It never showed up on my homepage. So keep checking your email. That is the only way I would have known.

If the requestor canceled, I believe it will be in your Transaction Archive.

I'm guessing that's what happened.

I did look in my transaction archive and even sorted by books requested, but canceled but it isn't showing up. Maybe he/she requested and then quickly canceled, not giving the system enough time to register.

Oh well, I'm not going to worry about it.

Thanks ladies!

ACTUALLY WAIT.

Just to be certain, I checked my bookshelf for the book requested and now it's not there.

It was The Queen's Fool by Phillipa Gregory. Are you not seeing it too, or is it just me?

Maybe I just need to give it a couple of hours, there could have been a hiccup in the system.

Nevermind, folks. Big brain fart.. I had already accepted the request before I even checked my email.

So sorry.

Good book though! Have you read any of her others?

Yes, actually - the whole Wideacre series along with The Other Boleyn Girl and Earthly Joys. I think I've read one other, but I can't think of the name right now.

I am planning on reading all of her other books, as well. Very entertaining.

The Boleyn Inheritance was great! I am looking forward to reading The Constant Princess  as well as the other non-Tudor books.

Same here. I flew through all of her books so far, I cannot wait to read all of her others.

Really looking forward to A Respectable Trade, among all the others. The Boleyn Inheritance is definitely on my list, as well.
